VEVE TELECOM Sdn Bhd is an internet service provider based in Sabah, committed to offering better internet connectivity at competitive prices.
VEVE TELECOM brand identity and online platform suffers from a generic visual presentation that failed to resonate with the target audience in Sabah. This potentially hinders user acquisition and trust.
To create a compelling brand identity that enhances user trust and acquisition, achieved by strategically attuning the design to local Malaysian taste, ensuring authentic engagement and avoiding cultural disconnect.

Brand visuals for VEVE. Maintaining the purple colour but at a different hue. Emphasize on minimalism with ‘comical’ style.

UI/UX DESIGN

To create a better product with good UX, I have followed the design process showcased below for website and app.

01. VEVE WEBSITE

Redesigned the website to have a Bento Box so that users can digest the information given without having a cognitive overload. Improves user experience and reduced bounce rate up to 80%

Made the subscription process faster and easier (only needed two steps), resulting in a 60% increase in subscription rates
Added a word ‘PASSPORT’ in Checkout for expats and foreigners to subscribe to our internet service. The one word manage to make a difference and thus contributing to 13% increase in yearly revenue

02. VEVE SELFCARE APP

Designed the UI/UX for the VEVE Selfcare App where users can view their subscription plans, make payments, and redeem rewards. Implemented gamification for increased motivation and user experience
